Inside the home of Emelie Wetterwik - with Plaza Interior

Plaza Interiör (no. 9 2025) visited our founder Emelie Wetterwik, at home in her house in Saltsjöbaden. Much of the conversation was about the symbolism of rivets - both for Studio W but also from a historical perspective, where Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen's interpretations are mentioned, among others. Emelie describes the similarities and contrasts between the home and Studio W, how her own grandmother Maria has influenced the brand and the longing to fill the window sills again soon, when the children are a little older.
