About Studio W

The inspiration behind the brand comes from founder Emelie Wetterwik's grandmother Maria, an 87-year-old powerhouse who still works, and whose jewelry collection was a source of endless fascination growing up. Grandma Maria's drive and personal style, like an Italian donna in Småland, shaped Studio W. She is also the name behind our bestselling signature earrings, the Maria Signature Hoops.

Emelie had two children within 18 months, and the longing for something creative, energizing and sparkling grew stronger and stronger. Studio W is the result, a brand that celebrates passion and creativity.

Every piece is made from carefully chosen materials: 18k gold and 925 sterling silver plated brass, and of course nickel free details. The jewelry arrives in Studio W's signature boxes, made from recycled material, so the whole experience feels luxurious.
