Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any seals or packaging intact. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us for instructions on how to make a return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase and may take up to 10 business days after we have received and processed your return.

Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product or a refund. All claims are handled in accordance with the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
