Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with any seals intact.

A return shipping fee of SEK 45 applies and is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your order.

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, you are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. Go to your profile to access your account, where you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take up to 10 business days after we have received and processed your return.

Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund. Claims are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
