Terms of Purchase – Studio W

General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between you as a customer and Studio W, registration number 559512-2127, and govern your purchases and use of our website, www.bystudiow.com (the "Website").

By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. To shop on our Website, you must be over 18 years of age.

Orders

Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation includes details about your order, including products, prices, and delivery information. Please make sure all details are correct and contact us immediately if something is incorrect.

Please note that a product may sell out even after an order has been confirmed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives or issue a refund.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT (25%). Any customs duties or taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. We work with Klarna to offer flexible payment options such as direct payment, invoice, and installment plans. For more information, please see Klarna’s payment terms.

Delivery

We offer delivery within Sweden with a standard delivery time of 2–5 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse on weekdays, and orders placed during the weekend are dispatched the following business day. If your delivery is delayed, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any seals or packaging intact. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us for return instructions.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase and may take up to 10 business days after we have received and processed your return.

Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product or a refund. Claims are handled in accordance with the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

Trust and Transparency

Studio W reserves the right to update prices and terms without prior notice. We are not liable for any typographical or image-related errors on the Website, including incorrect prices or product descriptions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Swedish law applies to these Terms. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved by Stockholm District Court. In the event of a disagreement, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
