How long does delivery take?

We ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days within Sweden.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is 45 SEK within Sweden. Spend over 799 SEK and shipping is free. On all chunky chains, shipping is always free.

What shipping options do you offer?

We send every parcel with PostNord tracked mail. It goes straight to your mailbox, or to the nearest pickup point if the parcel does not fit. You get a notification by email or text both when the parcel is sent and when it is delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We pack and ship orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us right away at info@bystudiow.com and we will do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery time and cost vary by destination.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you receive your order. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

How do I make a return?

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@bystudiow.com with photos of the product, and we will sort it out.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of brass or stainless steel, plated with 18k gold or 925 sterling silver. The shimmering stones in different colors are cubic zirconia.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

Yes. All our jewelry is 100% nickel free and works for sensitive skin too.

Can the jewelry handle water?

No, take it off before showering, swimming and working out. Water, perfume and lotion wear on the plating and make the shine fade faster.

How do I care for my jewelry so it lasts longer?

Avoid contact with water, perfume and lotion. Keep your jewelry in its box when you are not wearing it. Polish gently with a soft cloth when needed, and be careful to dry it well afterwards.

Does my jewelry come in a gift box?

Yes. All our jewelry arrives in luxurious boxes, perfect to wrap and give as a gift.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most common payment methods: card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also choose ShopPay, Shopify's own fast checkout option.

Do you have a showroom or a physical store?
