Order & Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is usually between 1-3 business days within Sweden.
What shipping options do you offer?
We send all packages with PostNord's tracked shipping. They are sent directly to your mailbox or to the nearest post office if it doesn't fit. You will receive a notification via email or text message when it has been sent and then when it has been delivered.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We pack and ship orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, contact us directly at info@bystudiow.com and we will do our best to help you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Delivery time and cost vary depending on destination.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. The jewelry must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at info@bystudiow.com and we will assist you with the return process. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@bystudiow.com with pictures of the product, and we will solve it!

What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is primarily made of 925 sterling silver, plated with 18k gold. Our statement pieces that has both studs and zirconia stones are made of 18k gold or silver plated brass .
Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Yes! All our jewelry is 100% nickel-free and is also suitable for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry to make it last longer?
- Avoid contact with water, perfume and lotion.
- Store the jewelry in its box when not in use.
- Polish gently with a soft cloth if necessary.
Will my jewelry come in a gift box?
Yes! All our jewelry comes in luxurious boxes made from recycled materials, perfect for wrapping and giving as a gift.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods, including credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also choose ShopPay, Shopify's own fast payment option.
